This is part of a batch of three mushroom peppermills and saltshakers. The peppermill's stem is made from red oak. Its large pores are perfect for a mushroom stem. Its head is made of walnut, with polka dots of maple. I used a torch to accent different areas. The grinding mechanism is a high-quality ceramic mechanism made by CrushGrind®.
