This angel's dress is made from gorgeous pernambuco wood (also known as Brazilwood). I singed the hem of the dress with a torch and burned the belt with a wire burner, but otherwise all the coloring on the dress is natural to the wood. This piece was darker towards what became the bottom and lighter upwards of that, which worked perfectly for her flame-licked dress. Her dress may be singed but her wings are pure.
