This piece is a new direction for me and I really got into it. It's very organic. So scribbly! I achieved some really fine lines by scratching the back of one of the acrylic sheets and working paint into the scratches (along with other paint not worked into the scratches). The center of the back layer is an amber mirror and there are colorful scribbles of anodized aluminum wire on top of everything. The frame is gorgeous walnut with streaks of the lighter sapwood along some of the edges.
